Welcome to BuzzCard. By using or subscribing to our services (“Service”), you (“User”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- Service: The digital business-card creation and hosting, QR/NFC code generation, and related features offered at buzzcard.app.
- Account: The user account created to access Service.
- Subscription Plan: The paid plan (e.g. Standard Visiting Card, Business Website, etc.) chosen by the User.
- Content: Any data, text, images, links or other information that a User uploads or provides via the Service.
2. Eligibility & Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or legal adult in your jurisdiction) to use BuzzCard. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating account, and maintain/update it. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including unauthorized use.
3. Subscription, Payment & Billing
- Use of certain features requires payment of subscription fees as per the plan selected on the pricing page.
- Authorization to charge any payment method provided is granted when you subscribe.
- You are responsible for any taxes (e.g. GST) applicable to your subscription, as per local laws.
- Unless canceled, subscriptions auto-renew at the end of the subscription period.
4. User Obligations & Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or fraudulent activities.
- Upload, share or distribute unlawful, offensive, infringing or harmful content.
- Use bots or automated scripts to interfere with the Service.
- You retain ownership of Content you upload, but grant BuzzCard a license to host, use, and deliver such Content as part of the Service.
5. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Service — including software, design, templates, branding — are owned by BuzzCard (or its licensors). You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the Service.
6. Modification & Termination of Service
BuzzCard may modify, suspend or discontinue the Service (or any part) at any time, with or without notice. BuzzCard may also terminate or suspend accounts for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- In no event will BuzzCard be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use (or inability to use) the Service.
- BuzzCard’s total liability to you will not exceed the subscription fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Changes to Terms
BuzzCard may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes consent.
9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Applicable Jurisdiction — India, and disputes subject to the courts of Ahmedabad.
